Reconnect with friends and family in a spectacular, natural setting Frost Valley YMCA is proud to be the first camp to join the LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA movement. We provide retreats for cancer survivors and their families to help build a firm path to wellness in Spirit, Mind, and Body. These weekends allow survivors a chance to connect with others who have shared a similar journey and to reconnect with friends and family in a spectacular, natural setting. With our focus on wellness and camaraderie, our nurturing environment can accommodate any specific need. These weekends are FREE to cancer survivors (once each year).
