After a relaxing holdover weekend of tie dye, water games, and lots of friendship bracelets the Four Week girls packed up their sleeping bags and headed on an adventure! They hiked for an hour and a half over cable bridges, rivers, up mountains, through forests and hay fields to arrive at their over night sight…. Merrell Pavilion. The view was gorgeous and they made it just in time to watch the rain sweep across the mountain side while being safe and dry under the pavilion. For dinner the girls made their own pita pizza’s and cooked them over the open fire. There were a lot of little games like rolling down the hill, running up the hill and of course rolling down again. They all slept under the stars that night and enjoyed nature a whole new way. Waking up to the sunrise over the mountains in the morning the four week girls packed up camp after breakfast and headed back to the ranch.
The Four Week girls are gearing up for their big drill team performance next week! They are starting decorations and practice’s on foot today. All their riding lessons are coming along splendidly and they are excited to show off a little next week! We are looking forward to an awesome week!
