Farm Camp Embraces Arts and Crafts!
This week, we’ve been exploring our Art Barn to it’s fullest! Just today, campers made stress balls and candles. Some campers also made cards and presents for our Chef to thank him for all his hard work this session. This week one of our counselors is running a Nature Art specialty, where the campers are collecting flowers and leaves, and incorporating them into art projects like collage, and even paper making.
Today, our evening program explored some of the arts supplies in a different way, with a game we call Ultimate Turbo Kickball. Campers play a classic game of kickball, with a fun twist including glitter and paint at some of the basses. It was great, messy fun and the kids had a blast!
