You may have heard that #FrostValleyFriday is taking place this Friday – April 6. And you may have heard that it is THE day to wear your Frost Valley gear – your favorite FV hoodies, hats, sweatpants, socks, etc etc etc. And you may already be ready to snap a photo of yourself in that gear and share it on social media using the hashtag – #FrostValleyFriday

Well, if you heard those things – you’re right on track!

But…

There’s a little more to it! This special day is a day to let the whole world know how meaningful and life changing a Frost Valley experience can be. We not only want to see photos of you in your Frost Valley gear, but we also want to hear about what your experience at Frost Valley has meant to you. Share a story with your photo to spread the word about the importance of educational and recreational outdoor experiences for all.

Check out these #FrostValleyFriday photos from years past!

About the Author

Frost Valley YMCA

Frost Valley YMCA is a 5,500-acre, year-round camp - There's something for everyone here in the Valley. From group and family retreats to sleepaway camps to horse camps to teambuilding, we've got you covered. School groups love taking a three-night field trip to explore the natural world and learn about the environment and their classmates. Family weekends are the perfect getaway for the young and the young at heart. Teambuilding retreats afford corporate, collegiate, religious, and other groups the opportunity to challenge themselves and effectively work toward common goals. In the summertime we're where kids and teens gain independence, explore the world, and make lifelong friends through various camps such as traditional sleepaway camp, farm camp, horse camp, adventure trips, Bear Grylls Survival camp, and day camp.
