Better Living Through Mindfulness | March 27-29, 2015
A weekend to relax, rejuvenate, and have fun!
Spend a weekend away in the beautiful Catskills to treat your spirit, mind, and body to better overall wellness! Get moving with Zumba, nature hikes, BOKWA dance, body sculpt, and other invigorating classes, or relax with yoga, tai chi, Qi Gong, and meditation. Explore your creative side with watercolor class (no experience necessary), pottery making, or group drumming. Learn from experts who will discuss stress management, maintaining a youthful appearance with organics, and achieving inner balance.
This year, you’ll also enjoy our focus on the practice of Mindfulness, a personal tool for reducing stress and increasing one’s emotional and physical well-being. Nourishing meals are included, and we offer a variety of delicious options to accommodate your nutritional needs and restrictions. Be ready to RELAX your spirit, mind, and body; CONNECT with old and new friends, instructors, and yourself; and ENJOY a weekend made just for women!
This is my favorite weekend of the year – I look forward to it all year! Thank you!
The camp staff are amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. My first Women’s Wellness. Came solo. Best decision in a long time. Plan to come back. Thank you.
I am now wonder woman again!
Thank you to everyone at Frost Valley for such a great weekend of rejuvenation and relaxation! The presenters were warm with an abundance of positive energy. The staff was also wonderful.
The schedule was great-wide variety of activities, enough time in between and the length of each program was just right. All the presenters enriched my life once again. Thank you to Frost Valley for hosting the event. As always the food was delicious and nutritious! Choosing wisely is easy!
It impresses me how they manage to create great meals for such a vast variety of food restrictions and preferences.
A wonderfully nourishing weekend! Hope to see you next year!
Spontaneity workshop with Judith – I love having tools to bring home with me. It helps me get back to the awareness that I experience while here.
