Spend a weekend away in the beautiful Catskills to treat your spirit, mind, and body to better overall wellness! Get moving with Zumba, nature hikes, BOKWA dance, body sculpt, and other invigorating classes, or relax with yoga, tai chi, Qi Gong, and meditation. Explore your creative side with watercolor class (no experience necessary), pottery making, or group drumming. Learn from experts who will discuss stress management, maintaining a youthful appearance with organics, and achieving inner balance.
This year, you’ll also enjoy our focus on the practice of Mindfulness, a personal tool for reducing stress and increasing one’s emotional and physical well-being. Nourishing meals are included, and we offer a variety of delicious options to accommodate your nutritional needs and restrictions.
