In early November, Frost Valley welcomed Girl Scouts Junior Troop 1737 from the Jackson Ave. School in Mineola, New York. During their first trip to Frost Valley, the girls participated in a plethora of activities, from horseback riding to arts & crafts, to nature and adventure based thrills. In the photo above is a few of the scouts from Troop 1737, Maddie, Ayden, Emma, Rabia, Olivia, and Emily. We were so happy to have you all here and hope you enjoyed your trip!
Frost Valley YMCA is so happy to work with the Boy Scouts and the Girl Scouts in their effort to provide a program for young people that build character, by teaching responsibility for our environment, and respect for our fellow citizens. Your child can join in on the fun by attending a weekend away designed to challenge them to go beyond their limits, and to reach to new heights as a troop. With the encouragement of their peers, leaders and our experienced staff, they will succeed. Our Scout weekends are filling up fast, so be sure to reserve your spot today!
