Lenape and Totem

I spent yesterday afternoon hanging out with Lenape Village while they spent some time with the youngest village on camp, Pokey/Totem. These two age groups were having some fun playing either circle games or running around together despite their nearly five years of age difference. I was able to see the Lenape campers take on a leadership role with the younger campers by being referees or by positive role modeling. It was great to see these older boys show responsibility with the younger kids without even being asked! I think we have some future staff members in these photos somewhere…
