MUSTANG – Opening Day and 1st Rides!!

The rain held out for most of Sunday which meant that check in day ran smoothly, all of the girls enjoyed meeting each other and quickly settled in to their rooms! We headed up to dinner and had pizza which all the girls seemed to enjoy! After dinner we had our opening campfire where the girls sang songs and of course had S’mores!!
On Monday, all the girls woke up early and excited for the day ahead, after breakfast they played some name games and then headed to the waterfront where they learned how the boathouse, swimming areas and the beach work and then even had some time to splash around before their swim tests on Tuesday! After waterfront they headed to lunch and rest hour. They headed down to the barn after rest hour and all of them had their riding evaluations to enable to barn staff to match each girl with a horse that fits their riding style and personality, they will be matched to that horse for the next 2 weeks!!
After dinner, they had a dance party in their pajamas and all of the girls had a great time.
I’d just like to apologize for the lack of photos at this point, we had some technical issues with the cameras that we are hoping to resolve today and I promise there will be photos of the girls up as soon as possible! I know you all want to see them riding and having a great time!!
