Mustang Rides Again!
Session 2 is off and running. The morning started off with swim tests which was really refreshing as the humidity was pretty intense. All of the girls did a wonderful job and enjoyed splashing and playing in the lake. Next it was time for showers, and learning some of the traditional songs and chants that Mustang Village loves. They have already starting preparing for our end of session East vs West Challenge Night.
The afternoon was full of horses and time at the barn. Each of the girls did their riding evaluations and they tried very hard to show us their best riding skills. They also learned all of the basics of the Frost Valley Horse barn including Grooming, Tacking, Leading, Tying, Barn Rules, Tour of the Barn, and Introductions to all of our horses. They are very eager for tomorrow as they will learn who their new horse partner will be and which of the other Mustang girls will be in their lesson group. Tomorrow will bring tons of fun and new adventures.
