Director of Teambuilding
Donald Padrick began working with school children in the 1970’s, running youth theater programs. After 15 years in the building and supply industry Donald returned to working with youth in residential programs, schools, and camps. He has nearly 20 years experience with climbing, teambuilding, group therapy, and training. Donald has worked with groups from as small as 5 members to over 100. He has worked with at-risk youth, parents and families, school and college groups, professional staff and managers, and PhD interns. He has held certifications from Project Adventure, American Mountain Guides Association, Professional Ski Instructors of America, Wilderness Medical Associates, American Canoe Association, and the Residential Child Care Project. At Frost Valley Donald oversees our Teambuilding Program, our challenge courses, and our teambuilding and technical training.
