Session Three Opening Day!

It’s here! It’s finally here! Morgan and I are so excited to welcome our new group of campers to the Hird. Today was filled with meeting new friends, seeing old ones, and settling into the place our campers will call home for the next two week. After chowing down on some square pizza for dinner and watermelon slices for dessert, everyone in the Hird made their way over to the Castle lawn for opening campfire where the staff of each village introduced themselves. Performances included a freestyle rap battles by the Hemlock staff, an interpretive dance by Mac Boys, and a skit from the Sacky counselors. Tomorrow can’t come soon enough!
