As part of Garden Specialty, we had an Iron Chef competition to highlight the food that we have been growing in the garden and our creative ideas and cooking skills!  This week, beets were the secret ingredient! Chocolate covered blueberries and radishes, currant truffles, fried potatoes, and sauteed kale were all unique elements of some delicious plates of food! IMG_3855 IMG_3860 IMG_3857
