Mariko Ikeda

Tokyo Partnership Director

After working for the Tokyo YMCA, Mariko Ikeda came to Frost Valley in 2013 to become the program director for the Tokyo-Frost Valley Partnership. She is now the Tokyo Partnership Director, a role that allows her to provide a great camp experience to Japanese speaking campers and families, while introducing Japanese culture to others. One of her fondest memories was when Japanese-speaking campers who grew up in New York told her they felt as though they have a home at Frost Valley, and we appreciate all that Mariko does to ensure that Frost Valley remains a safe place for all campers to be themselves, have fun, learn, and make friends.
