We wish you and your family a happy and healthy holiday season. Winter Camp is rapidly approaching and we are super excited for campers to arrive. If you love overnight camp there is no doubt you will enjoy Winter Camp. The Winter Camp session will run December 28 – January 1 and will feature your favorite activities from the summer in addition to some programming you have never seen before! Snow has gone missing and we need your help in finding it. Should you choose to accept this challenge you will receive the reward of fun experiences and memories to last a lifetime. There will be snow but only with your help!

Winter Camp wanted poster (1)Back by popular demand, Frost Valley will be hosting the 2015-2016 Winter Olympix! Let’s see who has the most SPIRIT!

Everyone who attends Winter Camp will remember the moment the ball drops. Our New Year’s Eve party will be outrageously fun and the perfect way to kick-off 2016 on the right note.

We will be starting a new tradition- Gratitude boxes – designed and personalized by each camper to take home and continue throughout the year. The idea is to write one thing you are grateful for, everyday, and slip it into your customized gratitude box. This is our spin on New Year’s resolutions and time capsules. Bring your gratitude boxes and friends back for Winter Camp 2016-2017. Together, we’ll look back at 2016 and remember what a great year it was.

I have started my Gratitude Box early, and the first entry reads, “I am grateful for the opportunity to return to Frost Valley YMCA as the Resident Camp Activities Director. When I was a seasonal summer camp staff member I used to call Frost Valley my home away from home… but now I’m home for good!”

We look forward to seeing you soon!
