Alpa Patel

As our Camp Registration Manager, Alpa is often the first friendly voice that our camper parents hear. She listens first in all her interactions, making all people feel valued and understood. She is good at working with guests to find solutions for unique situations, leaving them feeling heard and appreciated. She asks questions not only to learn all about Frost Valley, but also to build relationships with all those she comes in contact with. She has brainstormed and implemented new solutions to improve her department with ripples that can be felt in many areas of Frost Valley.
