Bailey went to school at Texas A&M University in Corpus Christi. She joined the Frost Valley team in November 2021. Before Frost Valley, Bailey worked at a few different Ys and camps starting with YMCA Camp Flaming Arrow in Texas, where she fell in love with the camping world! She loves skiing, climbing, and spending time outside with friends. Bailey is proud to be a part of an organization that builds strong core values into its mission, especially diversity and inclusion. She is excited to have an opportunity to help lay the foundation for kids of all backgrounds to have a chance to find their own love of the outdoors.
