Ben is originally from Frederick Maryland and has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from West Virginia University. He worked at Adventure West Virginia and Science Adventure School at WVU before coming to work at Frost Valley in October 2021. Ben worked as Frost Valley’s Team Building and Challenge Course Coordinator until being promoted to Groups and Retreats Director in 2025. Ben enjoys being a part of the journey of bringing guests together and watching them develop lasting relationships at Frost Valley. In his spare time, Ben enjoys playing video games with friends, tinkering with cars, and woodworking.
