Callie Radday

Callie is a seasoned camp and youth development professional with over 10 years of experience managing day and overnight camp programs. Most recently, she served as the Director of Programs at Trail Blazers in Brooklyn, where she led the strategic vision and success of their program portfolio. In this role, she was responsible for developing new initiatives, cultivating key partnerships, and ensuring program alignment with organizational goals. She is skilled in team leadership, managing a diverse team of directors and fostering a culture of collaboration. Prior to her role as Director of Programs, Callie excelled as the Director of Day Camps at Trail Blazers, growing the program by nearly 45%.

Callie brings significant expertise in program evaluation, budget management, and strategic planning. She is dedicated to fostering staff development and enjoys collaborating across departments to ensure a cohesive and high-quality experience for campers, families, and staff alike.

Callie has a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from James Madison University, and recently completed the Executive Leadership Program at Columbia Business School. She is thrilled to join the team at Frost Valley YMCA, and is eager to contribute to its continued success and legacy.

In her free time, Callie enjoys spending time outside and looks forward to further exploring the valley, Catskill Park and (hopefully) starting a garden. She is excited to connect with the Frost Valley community this summer, learn about and share in the meaningful experiences that have made and continue to make this such a special place!
