Dan Bohan

Director of Major and Individual Giving

Extension 293

During the balance of his 30-year career, Dan has been invested in communities imperiled by social and economic injustice, working in support of at-risk students, veterans, food-insecure families, immigrants, and the LGBTQ community. Dan has been affiliated with a range of organizations, including the Archdiocese of New York, the California Veterans Legal Task Force, Feeding America San Diego, Metropolitan Community Church, and Cordoba House of New York, where he worked to raise awareness of progressive Islam and the global intellectual effort to challenge Islamic fundamentalism. Dan is gratified by the opportunity to aid the mission and core values of Frost Valley YMCA, and the decades-long effort to bring together generations of young people to celebrate the gifts of diversity and inclusiveness, experience the wonders of the environment, and witness the transformative power of friendship and community. Dan earned a BA in Political Science from Boston College.
