Kale Bowman

Kale is originally from Colorado, where he grew up and went to camp. Before Kale worked at Frost Valley, he began working seasonally in 2022 as a summer camp counselor at Camp Chief Ouray (CCO) and running winter programs for Snow Mountain Ranch. In 2024 Kale became the ropes director at CCO then came here as the Challenge Course Operations Manager to finish off 2025. He enjoys witnessing the excitement and the new possibilities that outdoor elements bring. Kale loves his outdoor activities such as rock climbing, snowboarding, and spontaneous camping trips.
