Lea Gagnon

Lea has worked at Frost Valley full-time for 3 years and has been working in the summers since she was 17! She has been a camper, CIT, counselor, village coordinator, Wawayanda assistant director, and now works in summer program quality. She is originally from Montreal but grew up in Montclair, NJ, coming to Frost Valley for father-daughter weekends and Family Camp. Lea helps supervise our activities team, which includes ropes, arts and crafts, the office, waterfront, and specialties. Lea also helps to coordinate all-camp days like Small World, Olympix, CarniValley, and Hirdstock. Lea is super passionate about creative programming and universal design, creating programs that ALL can enjoy regardless of ability. In her free time, you can always find her doing arts and crafts or out on a hike!
