Tara has recently joined the Frost Valley team as a strategic nonprofit leader with over 15 years of experience driving growth and operational excellence. Most recently, she served as the Executive Director of Individual Giving at the Asia Society, where she specialized in high-level relationship building and mission-driven development.

Throughout her career, Tara has demonstrated a unique ability to blend communications, marketing, and operations management to amplify organizational impact. A seasoned people manager, she is recognized for her collaborative spirit and her consistent track record of increasing both revenue and stakeholder engagement.
