The Frost Valley YMCA Board of Trustees
- Determines the mission and purpose of Frost Valley;
- Selects and evaluates the performance of the CEO;
- Approves and monitors the achievement of strategic and annual goals in consultation with the CEO;
- Ensures fiduciary oversight and prudent financial management;
- Actively participates in fund-raising and resource development;
- Works to maintain and enhance Frost Valley’s public reputation and image;
- Regularly assesses its own performance;
- Ensures Frost Valley’s commitment to a diverse board that reflects the community it serves;
- Helps Frost Valley connect to discussions of public policy.
