Adam Weiss

I grew up in Short Hills, NJ. My summers as a camper at Frost Valley had the most positive impact on my adolescence and maturation from child to adult. I learned to be independent, deal with adversity, and formed friendships with children of different ethnicities and demographic backgrounds. My daughters were fortunate to garner similar experiences at Frost Valley during their time as Y-Princesses, and both as summer campers and counselors.

In 2016, I retired after a career in investment management. Subsequently, I have engaged with charitable organizations that focus on improving the well-being of underprivileged children.

Music is a passion of mine, which led me to join the Board of Junior Art & Music, a Norwalk, CT-based charity that provides free arts and music instruction to children and teens. Through the Kids Empowered by Your Support (KEYS) organization, I volunteer as a piano instructor to children in Bridgeport, CT.

In 2023, I joined the board of the Early Learning Opportunity Group, a non-profit that provides educational software and tablets to preschool-age children. I was formerly a Director and Treasurer of the ALS Association of CT. My love for Frost Valley has endured. I feel very fortunate to have joined the Board of Trustees.
