Dargie (DJ) Mombo

I came to Frost Valley in 1982 as a camp counselor. It was a transformative experience that, along with lifelong friendships, has remained with me all these years. I am genuinely passionate about Frost Valley’s mission, values, and impact on lives through outdoor experiences.

Professionally, I have worked in the healthcare industry for over two decades. I am the psychiatry sales manager for Lundbeck, a global healthcare company focused on brain diseases and restoring brain health. I have served in various leadership roles, including corporate training, marketing, and performance coaching.

I graduated from Rutgers University with a bachelor’s degree in history. I live in Connecticut with my wife, Colette, and twin daughters, Katherine and Grace.
