I was first introduced to Frost Valley in 1993 during a weekend “Indian Guides” camping trip with my oldest son (then age 5). I fell in love with the beauty of Frost Valley and the bonding experience it offered for father’s and their children. I then went rogue (outside the Y) and formed my own tribes for my 2nd son and my daughter (Indian Princess). My Indian Princess group also did a father/daughter ski weekend, a tradition we continued every year from kindergarten through high school graduation.
I am currently retired and serve on 4 boards: Frost Valley, The College of Wooster (a 2,000 student Liberal Arts college in Ohio), IES Abroad (one of the largest providers of study abroad programs for a consortium of 250 colleges and universities) and Artisan Partners Funds.
