I advise corporate and financial institution clients on capital markets transactions as well as governance, general corporate and securities law matters, across a range of industries including consumer retail, technology, healthcare, renewables and industrials.

I live in Brooklyn with my husband, Chris, a Frost Valley alum, and our two children who are future Frost Valley campers!
