Steven is a partner at Golenbock Eiseman Assor Bell & Peskoe LLP where he is co-Head of the firm’s Real Estate group. His practice involves all aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, financing, and leasing for commercial and residential real estate. He has broad experience in the area of affordable housing development and has represented developers, not-for-profit corporations and lenders that have developed thousands of affordable housing units throughout New York.

Steven is a Member of the Board of the New York City Housing Partnership, a non-profit corporation that oversees affordable housing development and is the current Chair of the New York State Association for Affordable Housing (NYSAFAH) Legal Committee.

He and his sister were campers in the 1970s. His visit to Frost Valley in 2022 was the first time at camp in many decades!
