Adventure Trips are on Their Way!

Our adventure trips left early this morning after packing out and all yesterday. They’ve had great fun team-building, getting their gear together and coming up with delicious backcountry menus for their coming days. After handing them their bright orange whistles– a tradition of the Adventure program–we bid them farewell. They headed off to Maine, to the White Mountains of New Hampshire, to the Long Trail in Vermont, and to the Adirondacks for an assortment of backpacking, kayaking and climbing.

We’ll be checking in with them briefly every night but in general no news is good news! We’re so excited for them and all the lessons they’ll be learning and fun they’ll be having.

Below are some pictures of the trips right before they headed out. Enjoy!
