Alumni Reunion

Labor Day Weekend, 2030 

So many of our alumni tell us that Frost Valley YMCA is where they grew up. We’re excited to not only honor the camp’s roots but also the place where cherished alumni like you formed lasting memories, bonds, and foundational values. We hope to see you and your family on Labor Day Weekend here in the Valley.

Pricing:

Your total cost is the participant rate(s) for all guests on your reservation plus your accommodation rate. Accommodation rates are listed in the registration portal. *Our Yurt per-bed pricing has a special rate intended to support our young, early-career alumni.*

Accommodations and Rates:

• Per Room or Cabin: Accommodation rates and capacities are listed in the registration portal. Unless otherwise noted, beds are twin, bunked beds. The options include all cabins, lodges (including Bodman and Scott), the Castle and Lakeview Lodge (almost sold out). These options can accommodate individuals, families, and groups.
• Per Bed: Biscuit Lodge is a “Dorm Style” option. If you choose this, you’ll be assigned a bed in one
  of the 8 rooms in Biscuit Lodge for $78. There is a common room with a fireplace
  downstairs and 3 shared bathrooms in the hallways.

Participant Rate:

All guests 5 and over have a Participant Rate of $294.* This rate includes 7 meals and access to most activities. *Excludes guests booking with Yurt Rate

All-Inclusive Yurt Rate:

Sequoia Yurts are offered at an extremely discounted rate of $25 per bed, inclusive of meals and activities. This cost is subsidized through Frost Valley fundraising campaigns and is intended for young, early-career alumni.

Day Rates:

• Saturday and Sunday, $100
  Includes access to our grounds and all scheduled program activities from 9 am to 10 pm, including all meals.
• Friday and Monday, $50
  Includes access to our grounds and program activities. A snack is served on Friday (no meal) and 1 meal on Monday (breakfast/brunch).

The prices shown reflect the overall cost of running the Alumni Weekend, which includes direct expenses as well as general, overhead, maintenance, and improvements to our facilities. Please pay these prices if you are able to.

Frost Valley strives to provide experiences For All. In pursuit of this mission, Frost Valley offers a voluntary tier fee structure. Tier pricing offers an opportunity to take an active role in supporting the true cost of your experience at Frost Valley.

As you consider your financial situation, please also consider the true cost of camp; however, if the prices listed are not possible in your financial situation, in your cart you can enter the Discount Code: Tier_B_Pricing to receive a 15% tier reduction supported by our fundraising campaigns.
