An Outdoorsy Day for the Farm

Yesterday was a beautiful day, and we wanted to take full advantage of it! Our campers in the Outdoor Living Skills specialty hiked up our beautiful Cascades trail to learn about purifying water.  Right before lunch, our campers were so happy to be in the sun that they had a dance party out on our lawn. The Macarena was my personal favorite (depicted above). After the day full of specialties and waterfront, the boys left for their overnight to Pete’s Pavilion. While the boys were sleeping under the stars, the girls had a BBQ back on camp!

After a fun night, we are excited for today to start! And the girls can’t wait to get to Pete’s Pavilion tonight!
