Sara Munoz is Named Employee of the Month
Sara Munoz has been Frost Valley’s Graphic Designer since 2007; she has been with Frost Valley YMCA since 1998. She came to Frost Valley in the 80’s when her dad was hired with the Maintenance Team. Having spent almost her entire life at Frost Valley, she has so many favorite memories. One memory that always comes to her mind is when she worked with the horse barn and participated in the “Pony Express,” a program where they rode horses around camp delivering mail to campers. Sara believes that Frost Valley is important because it provides children and families with a great opportunity to bond in a beautiful natural environment, unplugged from technology. As the Graphic Designer, she gets to create promotional materials that highlight and promote the beauty of Frost Valley as well as showcase the wonderful experiences children and families have on camp. Sara thinks that Frost Valley has always strived to be a very inclusive environment — welcoming people from all walks of life to come and enjoy this special place. Congratulations on winning Employee of the Month!
