Bobby Beale is Employee of the Month

Bobby Beale began working at Frost Valley YMCA in June 2010 as a Program Instructor and is currently the Payroll Specialist. Bobby was drawn to Frost Valley because he wanted a position where he could be a role model and make an impact in children’s lives. His fondest memories at Frost Valley include hiking with campers during his first few summers. Bobby believes that what makes Frost Valley so special is that it is able to bring kids and families of all ages, race, and ethnicities together as a community, all while enjoying the outdoors. “Frost Valley lets people escape from their busy lives and enjoy the things that matter most,” he explained. Bobby has enjoyed having different roles within the organization because it has allowed him to see how much goes on behind the scenes and just how important every staff member is to the success of Frost Valley.
