During this week’s reflection, I encourage you to take a walk. Our Adventure Director, Tori Staley, shows you how to go on a meditation walk in the video above. While you are out on your walk, take a journal, and write down how you are feeling in that moment. Get all your joy, excitement, fear, anxiety, or sadness out onto the page.
