THERE IS SO MUCH FOR CAMPERS TO DO AT THE FARM!
Farm Camp Activities
Farm Camp is the best of both worlds, combining traditional camp activities with learning the basics of tending to a functioning farm! Taking care of the farm animals, tending to and cultivating the garden, cooking using organic techniques, learning about nutrition and kitchen skills, sports, games, arts and crafts, hiking, rock climbing, canoeing, swimming, blacksmithing, fiber arts activities, singing, story-telling, writing and journaling, making friends, stargazing, and marshmallow-roasting over the campfire, and much much more!
Check out the Daily Schedule below to learn more!
On the first Thursday of each session, campers pack up and hike out for an overnight. On the Saturday in the middle of each session, Farm Campers have a fun theme day! On the Sunday in the middle of each session, Farm Campers have a Harvest Dinner – a pot luck style meal for which each yurt prepares a dish to share and eat outside at picnic tables.
Farm Camp day starts bright & early with chores. Everyone pitches in to care for the Farm. Chores rotate daily and range from milking goats to setting tables.
