The Guenther Family Wellness Center is a state-of-the-art healthcare facility staffed by experienced nurses and EMTs. The facility is equipped with multiple treatment rooms, recovery rooms, and a trauma room.

Join our friendly nursing team providing first-aid, testing, and healthcare services to campers between the ages of 4 and 15 on Frost Valley’s beautiful sprawling 5,500-acre camp located in the heart of the Catskills surrounded by pristine forests.

Nurse Incentive Program

Frost Valley YMCA takes professional tenure into consideration when determining pay rate upon being hired, but not for pay scale. Each day regardless of hours is considered a shift. Based on an 8-hour shift, there are 40 shifts in a summer. Bonuses will not be paid out until after summer, in the September 15th pay check. Bonuses are not compounded. Only one incentive can be applied. Overtime can be earned in addition to shift bonuses. Program effective summer 2022.
