Frost Valley is pleased to announce that Tonye Freeman has been named the new Director of Community Programs. Working under the supervision of Jessie Emmons, Director of Youth Development and Innovation, Tonye will oversee all of Frost Valley’s Day Camp programs, School Break Camps, Community Events, and its After School Program at Tri-Valley Elementary School.  Tonye Freeman was born and raised in the Hudson Valley.
