We require a minimum of 12 guests to reserve the lodge for a conference or training.

What length of time can you host a training or conference?
We host trainings that range in length from 1 to 5 days, depending on the needs of the individual group. We are happy to work to customize a trip to meet your needs.

Is there cell service and wifi at East Valley Ranch?
We do not have cell service at East Valley Ranch. The closest service is 20 minutes away in Neversink NY. Our main dining room does have limited wifi to allow guests the opportunity to check email and Facebook.

Do presenters have to stay in the same lodging as guests?
If a presenter would like to stay in the same lodge, we are perfectly happy to make those arrangements. However, if they would like separate lodging, we can arrange for rooms at Lakeview Lodge on our main campus just 12 miles from East Valley Ranch.

Can we arrange for transportation to your location?
We are happy to help arrange transportation to East Valley Ranch for your guests. Please contact the program coordinator to help make appropriate arrangements.

We have group members with specific dietary needs, how are these addressed?
We have our own private chef who will be happy to adjust or change a meal to ensure that every participant can find something delicious to eat. We request that you notify us prior to the start of your trip about any special dietary needs so that we can make arrangements.

Are rooms single or double occupancy?
The layout of rooms is available on the lodging chart. Some rooms can accommodate up to four people, however we leave the assignment of rooms and the determination of single or double occupancy up to the group organizer.

Can we add additional cots to rooms in the lodge?
Unfortunately due to Department of Health regulations, we cannot add additional cots to any of the rooms at East Valley Ranch.
