East Valley Ranch is an ideal setting for families to relax and enjoy time together. Due to the fact that East Valley Ranch is smaller, more secluded, and intimate, it is ideal for families who want to spend time reconnecting. Throughout the year, we host family reunions and specialty family weekends and weeks. Our diverse programs, excellent staff, and flexible schedule can be customized for the perfect experience. We aim to personalize the activity schedule to suit the interests of the guests on-site each day. Occupancy & Lodging:
From September to June, up to 35 guests can stay in our beautiful East Valley Lodge, a bed-and-breakfast style lodge with rooms that have both private and shared baths. In the fall and spring, up to 60 guests can also stay in our Mongolian yurts. Please note: in the summertime, we are closed for our all-girls equestrian camp.
Dining:
Your all-inclusive reunion includes freshly prepared, nutritious meals shared in our cozy, family-style dining room. With advanced notice, we’re pleased to accommodate special dietary needs and provide gluten-free, dairy-free, diabetic, and vegetarian/vegan options at no extra cost.

These weekends will have a limited capacity to ensure proper gathering sizes. Accommodations will be in the lodge with meals provided and several activities to choose from. *NEW* Farm Family Weekend
Bring your family and friends and join us at the Frost Valley Farm! Spend time in our 3 acres of gardens and meet the livestock. Learn how to care for the farm animals, and discover how produce is grown, harvested, and prepared to make delicious, garden-fresh meals. You will also have the opportunity to create farm-based crafts. Guests will stay at the East Valley Ranch just 1 mile down the road from the farm.

East Valley Ranch is a glistening landscape of snow and splendor in the wintertime. Join us for a family winter weekend and spend time exploring the Catskills. Try cross-country skiing and snowshoeing to explore the true beauty of winter. Warm up with hot cocoa and cookie decorating, enjoy arts and craft projects, and visit our Farm to say hello to the animals. Join us for one of the scheduled weekends listed or contact us to reserve a better date for your family. We are happy to make arrangements for you to use Main Camp’s snow tubing hill.

Summer Family Camp at East Valley Ranch

At Frost Valley, you never outgrow the magic of summer camp, which is why you’ll love creating a new tradition of attending summer family camp at East Valley Ranch. Bring your sense of adventure and enjoy ropes courses, horseback riding, our bouldering wall, and explore our miles of pristine forest trails. Take a trip to our nearby farm to meet the animals and harvest some crops. Learn outdoor living skills, participate in a scavenger hunt, make arts and crafts, and more!
