Indigenous Peoples’ Family Weekend at the Farm

October 9 @ 4:00 pm - October 12 @ 12:00 pm

Celebrate Fall at a Farm in the Catskills!

Spend a meaningful fall weekend at Frost Valley’s Farm, where the rhythm of the land, the beauty of the Catskill Mountains, and time together create space to slow down and reconnect. This special weekend invites families to gather in a peaceful, hands-on setting while honoring the enduring history, culture, and contributions of Indigenous peoples. Through time outdoors and shared experiences, we create opportunities for reflection, appreciation, and connection to the land.

Stay in our cozy Mongolian-style yurts and wake up surrounded by gardens, animals, and crisp autumn air. Throughout the weekend, families can enjoy:

✨ Meeting and caring for farm animals
✨ Exploring gardens and learning how food is grown and harvested
✨ Seasonal farm and nature-based activities
✨ Archery, low ropes, horseback riding, and outdoor exploration
✨ Campfires, storytelling, and evening programs

There will also be space for quiet moments—walking the property, taking in the fall foliage, and simply being together without distractions. Meals are fresh, nourishing, and rooted in the spirit of the Farm, bringing everyone together around the table after full days outdoors.

This weekend is about connection—to each other, to the land, and to the stories and traditions that have shaped it.
