LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA Weekends
Frost Valley YMCA is proud to be the first camp to join the LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA movement. We provide retreats for cancer survivors and their families to help build a firm path to wellness in spirit, mind, and body. These weekends allow survivors a chance to connect with others who have shared a similar journey and to reconnect with friends and family in a spectacular, natural setting. With our focus on wellness and camaraderie, our nurturing environment can accommodate any specific need.
These weekends are FREE to cancer survivors (once each year). Friends and families stay at a reduced rate.
