We’re pleased to offer this popular retreat at a NEW LOCATION – East Valley Ranch! The Ranch is a secluded oasis 14 miles from Frost Valley YMCA’s main camp. Nestled in a serene valley alongside the Neversink River, it offers a world without distraction for our guests. Treat your spirit, mind, and body to better overall wellness while you enjoy the fall foliage and programs such as yoga, horseback riding/trail rides, painting workshops, homeopathic spa sessions, guided nature hikes, and more!
