Women’s Wellness Weekend
A weekend to relax, rejuvenate and have fun! Come together to relax, rejuvenate, and refresh in the serene, supportive environment here at Frost Valley YMCA. During this special weekend we explore the roles that women play—from daughter, friend, wife, mother to career woman—and the oftentimes hidden spirit within us that longs for expression. Through inspiring discussions, exercises, journaling, learning sessions, creative arts and movement, and guided nature hikes, we come to know ourselves in new ways. By pressing pause on our multi-tasking daily lives, we have the time, space, and inspiration to care for ourselves during this powerful weekend full of surprises! Learn Camping Skills in the Catskills Scouts will develop camping skills such as knot tying, fire building, and campfire cooking, as well as learning about wildlife during both day and night hikes throughout this weekend. East Valley Ranch is located just two hours north of New York City on a stretch of fields and woodlands along the Neversink River in the Catskill Mountains.
