Support for Families of Children with Autism We provide families opportunities for friendship, support, and networking, as well as the potential to relax, play and forget for a few days the pressures of daily life. Activities encourage guests to experience, as a family, new adventures – including sports and games, arts and crafts, climbing, hiking, coining, and exploring the Catskill Mountains. Meet other families, make new friends, and watch your child develop relationships and build confidence while trying new things or enjoying old favorites, all with the assurance that you are a part of a community that understands your journey. A Weekend for Scouts in the Catskills Older girls will especially enjoy participating in advanced art classes such as Paint and Cocoa, String Art, Needle Felting, Creative Book Folding, and much more! Be daring and try our most popular high elements – The Leap of Faith, Glider, and the Zipline. Our Main Camp offers availability for up to 650 guests, easily accommodating large councils yet also providing a personalized experience for individual troops. $189 per person includes programs, lodging, and meals.
