A Weekend for Scouts in the Catskills Explore the wonders of nature and learn to be a good steward of the Earth. ACTIVITIES OFFERED: Eco Programming includes: Fire Building, Shelter Building, GPS Scavenger Hunt, Map and Compass, Bug Hunt, Flower Exploration, Apple Cidering, Observatory, Naturalist Art Our Main Camp offers availability for up to 650 guests, easily accommodating large councils yet also providing a personalized experience for individual troops. $189 per person includes programs, lodging, and meals. A Weekend for Scouts at a Catskill Mountain Ranch! Get to know our horses! Learn about veterinary care, herd behavior, grooming, and nutrition. Enjoy a lesson and trail ride, as well as numerous non-equestrian activities. East Valley Ranch, just 14 miles from Main Camp, offers both a bed-and-breakfast style lodge that sleeps up to 35 guests, as well as Mongolian yurts that sleep an additional 60 guests. Weekend per-person rates start at $239 for yurts and $299 for rooms in the lodge. All programs and meals are included and served in our lodge’s charming dining room.
