A Weekend for Scouts in the Catskills Discover new ways to express yourself and learn new skills while enjoying all of your Frost Valley favorites– climbing, archery, hikes, candle making, arts and crafts, and more! ACTIVITIES OFFERED: Fire Building, Shelter Building, Map and Compass, Hikes, Arts and Crafts, Candle Making, Indoor Archery, Climbing Our Main Camp offers availability for up to 650 guests, easily accommodating large councils yet also providing a personalized experience for individual troops. $189 per person includes programs, lodging, and meals. A Weekend for Scouts at a Catskill Mountain Ranch! Develop camping skills such as knot tying, fire building, ropes activities, and campfire cooking, as well as learning about wildlife during both day and night hikes. Winter weekends may include cross-country skiing and other snow activities, weather permitting. East Valley Ranch, just 14 miles from Main Camp, offers both a bed-and-breakfast style lodge that sleeps up to 35 guests, as well as Mongolian yurts that sleep an additional 60 guests.
