Autism Family Support Weekends at Frost Valley YMCA provide families opportunities for friendship, support and networking, as well as the potential to relax, play in nature. Activities encourage guests to experience, as a family, new adventures – including sports and games, arts and crafts, climbing, hiking, coining and exploring the Catskill Mountains
