Where does this program take place?

Anywhere would work, but ideally, we would be at Frost Valley’s campus or in a large space like a gymnasium in your school. We need access to appropriate space for our physical activities. The location will need to be confirmed with the Frost Valley representatives.

What role does the school staff play through this process?

The activities are fully facilitated by the Frost Valley staff. We ask that the school staff assist with behavior management, but really we want to focus on the students their voices are heard and their choices lead to developing appropriate and responsible action plans.  If the program takes place at the school, the school staff is in charge of logistics, such as lunch and/ or snacks, and providing access to the facilities.  The most important role of the school is to work with the suggestions created during the experience.  This program on its own will help to create a better community, but only when combined with your actions back at school, can bullying fully be eliminated.
