A weekend to relax, rejuvenate, and have fun! Spend a weekend away in the beautiful Catskills to treat your spirit, mind, and body to better overall wellness! Get moving with dance classes, nature hikes, and other invigorating classes, or relax with activities like yoga, aromatherapy, and meditation. Explore your creative side with activities like pottery, vision boards, or group drumming. Learn from inspiring instructors and teachers who will discuss things like stress management, organic skincare, financial health, and achieving inner balance. Stay tuned for the official class lineup.
NOTE for 2021: In taking our health and safety protocols into consideration, the format of this weekend will look a little different this year. Social distancing and mask-wearing (when necessary) will be required. We are planning to safely offer meals in the dining hall, which will be delivered to assigned, socially distant tables (no buffets). If indoor dining is not permitted at that time, we are prepared to deliver meals to guest lodging.

The presenters were warm with an abundance of positive energy. The staff was also wonderful. The schedule was great-wide variety of activities, enough time in between and the length of each program was just right. All the presenters enriched my life once again. As always the food was delicious and nutritious! Choosing wisely is easy! It impresses me how they manage to create great meals for such a vast variety of food restrictions and preferences.
