No better way to celebrate the harvest than a homemade pot luck dinner!  Each yurt spent the afternoon harvesting, cooking, and preparing a dish for dinner using ingredients almost entirely from the farm!

We made blackberry ice cream, chive butter, cinnamon sugar butter, bread rolls, kale chips, pesto, sage and chive gnocchi, beet and bean salad, vinaigrette dressing,  and chicken and tofu vegetable kabobs! Recipes to come!

We ended the night with tie-dye, hat making, jewelry making, and our harvest celebration dance!
